Gunung Datuk, Rembau, Negeri Sembilan
Gunung Datuk, located at Rembau, Negeri Sembilan. It will take around 2 hours drive from K.L. Go out from the toll, Pedas/Linggi, turn left and go straight. Just follow the signboard then u will get there. There is a entrance fees, RM 1 for trekking and RM 3 for camping. A lot of them will stay overnight and see the sunrise. but not for me this time. Anyway, this is a good idea and will try next.
Met with the Singaporean group. They were on theway back home. They start the trakking around 2 a.m. last morning. Their's target were to catch the sunrise.
this two sister just bought a new shoe for this trekking....

Smiley Moon
1.12.08, a very special day. Just because it has a very special natural scene. The heavens smiled down on Earth in a rare celestial trifecta of Venus, Jupiter and the moon. The next visible Venus-Jupiter conjunction will be on the evening of March 14, 2012, but the two planets will appear farther apart in the sky.
FRIM, Kepong
FRIM, Forest Research Institute Malaysia, is one of the hottest tracking reservation park in K.L. area. It is located in Kepong and just only need around 15 minute drive from P.J. area (provided no traffic jam...haha). It is well-known of its 'Canopy Walk', which you can walk between tree to tree at the top of the tree. But it will need a entrance parking fee for RM 3.
Met with primary school group. Can you see what the teacher holding? Haha...it is a rotan...so big and so long...and so scary....
Well, this is our guide. just because we are the first time to be here so we just appointted a guide and payed around RM 20 (i think is...cause i am not the one to pay...haha).
You will see a pond at the main entrance. There have 3 giant dragon fish inside. Previously have 5 but then dead because of renovation. So poor.... But the fish very smart le...it will come to you when you clap.
Still sleepy.....haha...we are there around 7.15 am.
Forest Plantation Plan from FRIM start on around 1960. Here is the result. Can you see a 'cicak' there? sun Bath!!!haha
All the way are well maintain, just like Mount Kinabalu track.
Wah, so hard meh.....Do you know what is it? haha, it is the orang asli toilet. You want to try??
